Full 7-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Dublin

After landing, keep things simple. Stretch the legs with a walk around the city centre. Trinity College, Grafton Street, and the Temple Bar area are all easy places to start. Grab a relaxed dinner and find a cosy pub for your first pint in Ireland.

Day 2: Wicklow Mountains and Kilkenny

Head south into the Wicklow Mountains and stop at Glendalough, a beautiful monastic valley with lakes and easy walking trails. Continue to Kilkenny, one of Ireland’s best medieval towns. Make sure to visit Kilkenny Castle!

Day 3: Kilkenny to Cork

Leave Kilkenny and head south to Cork city. Explore the English Market, stroll along the River Lee, or visit nearby Blarney Castle to see the famous Blarney Stone. Cork has a fantastic food scene, so it’s a great place for dinner.

Day 4: Cork to Kerry

Travel west from Cork into Co. Kerry, one of Ireland’s most scenic regions. Spend the day exploring Killarney National Park, with lakes, forests and mountain views. Visit Ross Castle, Muckross House, and Torc Waterfall before dinner in town.

Day 5: The Dingle Peninsula

Drive the Slea Head Loop on the Dingle Peninsula, one of Ireland’s most scenic coastal routes. Dramatic Atlantic views, beaches and ancient stone huts along the way. Stop in Dingle town for lunch before returning to Killarney for the evening.

Day 6: Cliffs of Moher and the Burren

Leave Kerry and travel north to the Cliffs of Moher, Ireland’s most famous natural landmark. Afterwards drive through the Burren, a unique limestone landscape. Continue on to Galway for the evening, where pubs and live music fill the city.

Day 7: Galway to Dublin

Enjoy a relaxed morning in Galway before heading east to Dublin. On the way you could stop in Athlone to see Sean’s Bar, widely believed to be Ireland’s oldest pub. Return to Dublin for your final evening or flight home.
